Assalamualaikum beautiful ladies
Minggu lalu bertepatan dengan The Body Shop Salebration di Kota Kasablanka, aku berkesempatan untuk ikut serta dalam meramaikan perayaan tersebut dengan berbelanja produk-produk The Body Shop yang memang sudah lama terkenal di kancah skin and beauty care line. Aku sendiri termasuk langganan dalam hal skin care terutama body butter nya yang sangat thick, rich and moisturize my skins and it really works. Yang suka sama The Body Shop product bukan aku aja, mama aku yang umur nya sudah mature pun sangat mengagumi produk-produknya (terbukti beliau termasuk ke dalam member yang sangat aktif menambah point dengan membeli dan mengembalikan botol kosong setiap hampir 2 bulan sekali, LOL).
Nah karena jadi member itu lah aku jadi tau kalau mereka mengadakan Salebration yang sampai 70% lho salenya for selected items. Beberapa produk yang aku beli pada saat itu adalah:
The Body Shop Body Sorbet - Pink Grapefruit
Unlike body butter cream, the body sorbet has a very light consistency and cool sensation when I applied it on body, hands or legs. The pink grapefruit scent is also very fresh with a little bit of sweet from the grape but its not overpowering type of scent. Its a very suitable for summer especially in a very warm weather as in Jakarta nowadays.

I have eyes for this in a such long time but I just can't justify the price and reason for buying this when I can use body butter with a similar purpose and results. Nah karena ada program Salebration ini lah aku "beranikan" diri untuk beli karena pada saat itu ada tambahan diskon 10% for all items. Setelah mencoba pakai, ternyata beda banget tekstur dari hand cream dan body butter terutama di kulit tangan. Kalau hand cream mempunyai tekstur yang ringan dan cepat menyerap di kulit tangan, karena aku sendiri gak begitu suka tekstur yang greasy dan gak cepet menyerap untuk hand cream. Untuk wanginya sama dengan body sorbet, fresh dan sedikit manis karena ada campuran grape di ingredients nya.

The Body Shop Color Crush Eyeshadows - Sweet Pea and Oh Honey
To be honest, I don't really excited about The Body Shop Make up lines, but their color crush eyeshadows is an exception. They have a wide variety of colors and when I swatch it in the store I know its gonna be worth to buy. This 2 colors are my favorite because the sweet pea color is a beautiful lime green shimmer and oh honey is a light chocolate warm tone shimmer and both of them are very flattering color for brown/black eyes as most of Asian woman have. It is a perfect color for day to night wear and for the eyes lid.
The Body Shop Love Gloss - Blush Pink
They categorize this love gloss as a lip gloss but when I swatch and try it its more like a liquid lipstick because of its consistency and pigmentation. Especially for this shade, the consistency is very thick and creamy and the shade is kinda Kylie Jenner shade where it has brownish-nude tone. However, this love gloss does not turn dry and still has some moist even for 2-3 hours after application.
